In regulating any aspect of its activities, Crayon is guided by legal requirements, security considerations, and seeks to balance the interests of all participants in the learning process.
We realize that the need for a child’s education can arise at any time, and the rhythm of family life does not depend on seasonality, so Crayon enrolls students throughout the calendar year
parents, legal representatives or persons in loco parentis submit the following documents:
- An application for enrollment of a child in the institution (if it is submitted by legal representatives or persons substituting for parents, it is necessary to attach documents confirming the relevant powers of these persons (original and copy)
- a copy of the child’s birth certificate
- copies of parents’ passports
- copies of the parents’ identification numbers
- A questionnaire with the child’s data, answers to questions about his/her needs and individual characteristics, information about persons who can pick up the student
- A preventive vaccination card (form 63)
- Medical card of the child’s physical development (form number 086)
- a doctor’s certificate on the epidemiological situation (valid for three days)
In addition to the paperwork, parents should:
- feel the philosophy of the educational institution
- meet and talk to the teacher, tell about their child
- Get advice on the peculiarities of the adaptation period
- To see the child’s future group, assembly hall, playground, etc.
the child can be picked up by his/her parents, legal representatives or persons in loco parentis. If they have a proxy, such as a nanny or a relative, this must be indicated in the application form, along with a copy of the person’s passport. The person picking up the child must bring the original document.
